1. 荔枝

奇異果含有清促進素,可幫助穩定情緒和安神。它亦有豐富的膳食纖維,對美容,促進心臟健康和排便等都有幫助。把它整個弄碎,用溫開水送服,還可輔助治療男人的前列腺炎和補腎氣。
其實補腎不止是男人的事,如果女性腎虛,同樣會對身體產生很大影響,所以不管男女,平時除了要多吃這些補腎的水果外,還要堅持做有氧運動,多休息和注意均衡飲食,這樣才能促進身體健康。
